    Some users may experience unusually long download times when downloading the Smart Desktop software. Downloads vary according to connection speeds and operating system. This is not a fault of the Customs and Excise Division.


    If you have successfully downloaded the Smart Desktop Application, also known as the jnlp file and are experiencing problems connecting to asycuda please look at the following document as it may provide solutions to some of your problems.
